Wheeler Farm & Pumpkin carving

I'm a blog slacker. Life is so busy and I forget to update my family and loved ones. In short version...

Chelsea started Westminster and is doing very well. Tatiana is continuing to dance and loving it. She started high school this year. The twins have taken over everything and control the whole house. Jeff is turning completely gray and I have lost my mind. Cant think of much more....LOL

Tatiana concentrating before a nice back handspring. Ernesto... a proud daddy! I couldn't ask for a better ex to raise my girls. Ernesto loves his girls!

Twins birthday, dance and graduation wrapped up in a few pictures.

I'm a slacker

Wow, I noticed I have not posted since Christmas. This must mean my life is very busy? If you know me or my family you know this is true. So much has happened since Christmas. The twins are so big and independent. They are now big enough to walk to the neighbors and play. This was a really hard step for me. I guess I'm to protective. However, you soon get over this when all the neighbor kids are always at your house. You soon drop your guard and are happy to send your kids to the neighbors to play. The neighbors are great. It's so nice to live on dead end street. There little best friend is a little boy about 2yrs older.

Tatiana is still in dance. She is progressing so well. Her technique is awesome and she has the gleaming smile when she dances. She just finished Junior High and not so excited to start high school next year. This was her best year ever academically. Tatiana finished Junior high with a all time high of a cumulative 3.85 GPA. We are so proud of all her hard work and devotion. I'm especially proud because she maintained this GPA while dancing four days a week. I'm very confident she will continue this in high school.

Chelsea is a adult now and knows everything. She no longer needs guidance, restrictions or advice. What a minute while I choke. All I can do is laugh during this stage of life raising a 18yr old girl. I think to myself, was I like this? Did I act like this to my mother? Did I know everything at 18? Oh yea, it's coming back..... I'm pretty sure I behaved in the same manner.... Can I just take a moment to say... Oh mom I'm sooo so sorry!!!! I love you mommy, and you did know a few things! So Chelsea graduated last week. She graduated with honors and a 3.5.. something GPA. I know it's not her best bust she had Senioritis!!! She will start Westminster in the fall. I'm kinda contemplating dorm living. I think either Jeff will kill her or she will give Jeff a heart attack...LOL!

So in summary my life is very busy! However in all the commotion I can take a breath and look at my beautiful children. This is what makes life complete and worth the trip up hill, with no shoes in a snow storm! I can only pray and be thankful that my life is my life...not everyone would love to be in my shoes! But those shoes fit me! Each day is a blessing!!! Live each day my love ones!

Thanksgiving

Jeff made another beautiful turkey this year. I would love to cook some year, but Jeff doesn't even allow me in the kitchen. I'm so blessed to have a wonderful partner in my life! Everyone pitched in to make a wonderful meal and even the dishes were washed by all. I'm so grateful to have such a loving, caring family, beautiful, healthy children and great friends! Truly grateful that my father was her to celebrate this Thanksgiving and that he overcame the stroke! I think we need to remind ourselves to be thankful everyday!

Breakfast with Santa

We had breakfast with Santa. Christina was terrified and I had to hold her down on Santa's lap for a picture. The rest of the morning was filled with games and making crafts. This helped her took forget how terrifying the big man in the red suite is. Sorry not too many pictures, my battery died :(

Wheeler Farm

A great day at Wheeler farm!
